Not happy, Jan!!!

On Thursdays, I should have a tutorial from 6.30pm to 7.30pm, and a lecture from 7.30pm to 9.30pm. This is managable.

Since it's the first week, there's no tutorial.

So, I check the electronic noteboard to print out today's lecture notes, and there's a message added today saying:
"Part-time students - Please note that the first lecture in Financial Planning will start at 6.30PM in Rm 108.6.31."

I found this message at 6.20pm and had to dash out of work, into a 31C (hot) day. Also, I didn't have time to sit down and eat, so I had to quickly grab a yogurt from 7-11. Then, I get into uni at 6.55pm, and find out that Rm108.06.31? Is empty. Deserted. There is no-one there, and the note on the door refers to a different class. That's ridiculous.

I'm tired, I'm cranky, it's the first day of my period, it's hot outside, and I had to dash for an early class (that shouldn't have been resceduled on the day it's being taught) that isn't even there. *grrrrr*

Well, it got a lot better because I skipped the class.

Okay, that's not a good thing... It was just a case of getting distracted on LJ, being late for the 8.30 class, and then finding the door was locked against late-comers.

So, I decided to stuff that for a lark, and came home to play with SN pictures. Far more satisfying. *g*

Heh. well, as long as I don't do the same as the last year I studied. I spent a lot of time online at the computer labs, and ended up skipping far too many classes. Didn't fail any of them, but I came within 1% mark of failing...

Oh. Not good! But I see that happening. Damn internet, ruining our lives :) Go to classes more. RL before OL, remember.
