Earlier, my brother asked for maths help. Oh man, I've totally forgotten calculus and differentials over the last five years. I was very little help at all. *sighs*
Then,
shellah posted a delightful little Dan/Casey fic, The Dangling Conversation for
fandompoolside's Literary First Line challenge. It even tempted me to have a go. (That's why I'm up so late on a weeknight).
Title: A Poor Substitute
Author: Annie
Fandom: Sports Night
Rating: G
First Line: It is a truth universally acknowledged, that a single man in possession of a good fortune, must be in want of a wife.
Notes: Quote comes from Jane Austin's Pride and Prejudice. Exactly 1000 words of Dana rambling about Casey and Lisa. Unbeta'd, so be wary of changing tenses and bad grammar.
Okay, would someone please thwap me until I lose the urge to write Dana/Lisa collegefic? Please?
