Stupid multilingual characters...

Hey, does anybody out there speak/write French? I just want a quick spellcheck on two phrases. I tried looking at online dictionaries, but I don't know enough to be able to use them. I can say them, but I can't spell them.
The first is "com see, com sah" meaning "maybe, maybe not", which Mum taught me, but I have no idea how to spell it.
The other is "I don't know what", "jun nay say kwaa?" (I think it's something like "Ju nais sais quoi" but I really have no idea).
If anyone can help, it'd be much appreciated.
Anyway, wrote a little more on the Homophobic fic, and that's officially yet another fic that's longer than my SN longfic. (I've gotta stop letting Danny intimidate me so much. *g*)

I asked because I want to use them in an SN fic:

"There isn't anything wrong, Dana. It's just... June. The weather's lousy and the pollution counts up and there's a Republican in the White House," Casey whined, waving his hand loosely as he spoke.
"Hmph." Dana watched them carefully. "It's just a general malaise?"
Dan nodded. "It's a general malaise."
"A vague apathy," Casey added.
"An overwhelming ennui."
"A general mal..." Casey frowned. "Wait, we've used that one."
Dan grinned. "A certain feeling of comme ci, comme ça."
He raised an eyebrow at Dan. "Maybe, maybe not?"
Dan blinked. "What?"
"That's what you said," Dana explained, smiling.
"Comme ci, comme ça. Maybe, maybe not," Casey translated.
"Oh." Dan paused. "Maybe I meant je ne sais quoi?"
"A certain feeling of I don't know what?" Casey asked doubtfully, and Dan's brows lowered in thought.
"Maybe not."
