I'm in a hell world of holding, so I'm checking LJ. After missing the class yesterday, I got to my home station at 9.15pm and waited for mum. No sign. Normally, she responds to my SMS's, but the phone was busy, so I left a message saying I'd wait around five minutes, and then walk home.

The walk home would have been far quicker (normally 10-15 minutes), if I didn't keep stopping every block to scribble down a few more lines of SN fic. It ended up taking me half an hour... *snerk*

Anyway, got home and Mum had been on the phone ot my brother for the last 2-3 hours. It's the third phone call over three weeks where he's called up and talked for hours. Usually weeks (or months) go by without us hearing from it, so it's odd. (And it's mainly the little Mr alternatively stressing over getting into Uni or over his marks, with a bit of self-congratulation thrown in. It's an odd, but stressful, mix. I can't help feeling that he's just calling up to use Mum as emotional support. Totally stressed her out last night, and she couldn't get to sleep until 3.30am.)

ETA: Poor celli couldn't call because she was trying to sleep. Awwww! *pets Celli* Good choice of priorities, though. *g*
