- That I bear a resemblance to Kate Winslet, ie the girl from Titanic. (In the cold light of day, not so much. I mean, maybe a much fatter, much plainer version of her, but even then, it's a stretch.)
- That's it's probably a good thing that I can't meet all the people on my F-List, because I'd probably end up with an embarrassing amount of crushes. I don't crush on people without that spark of physical attraction, so I just think people are super-cool until I meet them and have to add damn-hot to that mental description. (Super-cool and damn-hot results in giddy-Annie.)
I mean, for instance, take
celli. Brilliant, adorable (adorkable) gal with a wicked imagination and a great sense of humour? Add cute to that and I'd spend a lot of my life giggling and squealing.
*shrugs* Well, I'd spend it giggling and squealing over real people, instead of my fictional characters.
At the time, it seemed like a world-changing epiphany. Right now? It's oddly amusing. Not necessarily untrue, just amusing.

Except for that whole thing where we live in the wrong damn countries. *pouts*
Good point. Even the Ideal Girlfriend couldn't make me become american. (Dude. Three concepts for you. 'Bush.' 'Gun laws.' 'Jerry Springer')
And, I mean, we have Howard, Steve Irvin and... (*thinks* I can't come up with an equivalent to average people owning their own gun, but I'm sure there's something. Mosquitoes, maybe. *smirks*) so I certainly couldn't force anyone to move down here.
But, y'know, if we both ended up moving countries to somewhere livable (not too cold in winter, not too hot in summer, reasonable sized city, good public transport, laws that aren't totally insane), I'm claiming first dibs on dating-rights.
Yes, I'm claiming it. Much like getting a lift and claiming 'shotgun'. (Huh. that's a reference that will make no sense to you. "shotgun" = riding in the passenger seat, beside the driver.)
