SN Flashback dream

out_thereI dreamt I was watching TV. Oddly enough for me, it was a stunningly *visual* dream, really clear. How weird is that?
I was lying in the lounge room, watching an episode of Sports Night, although it was shot in the style of Six Feet Under. It opened with a shot of Casey, and I was talking with Mum about how gorgeous, etc, I thought he was, but I preferred him with longer hair (ie. later eps of SN).
Anyway, this was a flashback to early years. It started with a shot of Casey with seriously short hair (shorter than Dan's) and then pulled back to show him lying on a double bed, dressed casually, with a textbook open under his arm. (He was mid-conversation, but I can't remember the conversation now.) The shot pulled back further, and we saw Lisa lying/lounging on the bed with him, with a notebook of her own. She had long, wavy brown hair, and looked vaguely like Firefly's Inara. She was saying that she wasn't happy about it either (whatever they were talking about) and then teased that she knew a way to cheer them both up. Casey grinned, that bright, sharp, about-to-get-kissed grin, and then they started making out.
The camera shot then spanned out the door, across a large living room with a ratty old couch and to a set of stairs. Then we see Danny walking up the stairs (you know, one of those shots that starts at his head as he walks up the stairs...?). Danny's hair is surprisingly long; parted in the middle, down to his ears, with a little bit of a curl to it. (Cute in a dorky way.)
So, we see Danny walking across the living room. As the camera follows him, we see him walk past a blackboard with "Chores" listed at the top. There's names listed underneath it: "Casey & Lisa", "Dan", "Cindy & Mindy", and a fourth name I couldn't read. (Random point: The furniture was that old/cheap student fare, and the walls were brightly coloured in bold blues and ... greens, I think. There was a second colour used but I'm not sure now. I think the floors were wooden.)
Danny just walks into Casey's bedroom, not knocking or anything, and finds them mucking around on the bed. They pull apart and he's just as embarrassed, apologising that he thought they were studying. Lisa straightens her shirt down, while Casey runs a hand over his short hair and explains that they were studying, they just got distracted.
See, that's when I wonder if I've missed the start of the episode and the lead-in to the flash-back, so I rewound the tape.
And then my alarm went off, and I woke up a little annoyed that I barely got to see that piece of imaginary TV.

1) Tried to crack on to his sister
2) Slept with his *male* art teacher in college ('It wasn't a gay thing. It was a sex thing.')
3) Really needs mental health professionals to help him.
4) Just exudes sex appeal... (okay, that isn't a bad thing, but it's a good reason why Josh would fit the part... *g*)

Mindy was Danny's cheerleader-ish science major girlfriend from "College Years". And Cindy was going to be mentioned sometime in the Homophobic fic, as a big crush that Casey had during high school.
On the other hand, if it hadn't been for the alarm (and me reaching for my remote to press play while still a little asleep), I may not have remembered it.
