I wanna go home. I haven't done anything since lunchtime, and I have a headache, and eurgh. Home.

If I've just spent time talking to my *co-workers* and bitching about the lack of love I have for TV in general, I'm seriously bored. Mind you, I also mentioned the fact that although Rob Lowe is over forty, I'd do him at the drop of a hat.

Which led to discussions about him being too old (dude, he looks about 25. The old rule doesn't apply), being married (which, yes, would stop me. I don't have many ethics, but I do have *some*) and the fact that there's a big old ocean between us and the difference between our yearly salaries (which makes it unlikely I'd even meet him).

Still, am dreadfully amused at the order of the objections. Yes, it's the fact that he's *married* that will stop me from sleeping with Rob Lowe. The fact that it's impossible for many other reasons is willfully ignored.

Still, just so all of you know, if he *wasn't* married, I'd do him at the drop of a hat. (Same goes for Johnny Depp. Same goes for Keanu Reeves, and Peter Krause, and... let's just stop there.)

Well, my take on it (and I've spent some time thinking about this very issue ;) ) is that if I'm imagining a world in which I would ever end up in such a situation with Rob, it would have to be one in which every other barrier (our age difference, geographical distance, potential for restraining orders, etc.) between us had pretty much fallen by the wayside. The only thing that could still get in the way at that point would be his marriage; although, really, if we're in an imagined world, I suppose we could get rid of that too. And ditto for Johnny Depp... :)

In my world, Rob's wife is a beard anyway, which means my chances with him aren't much improved, but at least my vicarious thrills will be that much more satisfactory. ;) (Followed ahab99 here)
