Stupid graphics programs...

out_thereARgh! I'm working on a cover for Admit One. And, I cannot find layering in Ultimate Paint. Is it the only graphics program in existance that doesn't allow you to place one semi-tranparent image over another?!
I don't think it is. I just don't know how to do it, and my Adobe photo Deluxe isn't working, so I can't just save where I'm up to and keep going in that.
