For those Melbourne slashers who might not know, sajee is holding a Eurovision Party tonight at 7pm. (I meant to point this out to people earlier, but I forgot.)

I'm still undecided. On the one hand, I don't have uni in the morning, so I totally could go. On the other, I have a mountain of homework I'm really not getting through so... Hmmm. I'll have to see how productive I am today.

I have to go to uni too so we will be up and about in the morning.
Neither of us will be drinking and we will be driving home.

I haven't seen Eurovision yet, 'cos I was out having a bit of a life for once. But I taped it. How sad is that?

I could have taped it, but it was a choice between that and a BBC period drama (North and South, or South and NOrth. One of the two) and period drama easily wins.

Besides, some of the fun goes out of it when you already know who's won (due to one particular f-list member not cutting).

Oh, I don't care about who wins - in fact, that's an advantage of taping it, you can ff through the voting. I just enjoy the sheer over-the-topness of it all. All I ask is a few belly dancers, a fire eater or two, and someone playing the bagpipes. North and South would be a bit too worthy for my debased tastes.

North and South... It's P&P-Lite, really, but I'm enjoying it (and happily ignoring all the Deeper Meanings and Political Ramifications of it).
