out_thereI'm off sick. I can't believe this. Over the last three weeks, this is the fifth sick day I've had off work. It's getting a bit ridiculous. I am considering sending a formal complaint to whoever runs Melbourne weather to get some consistency happening!
(I'm just a little cranky that I'm sick today. I don't want to go into work tomorrow, but I think I'll be pushing my luck if I stay off so I'll do the right thing and show up...)
How funny is it that I didn't even realise that the Slodwick Clana debacle was an April Fool's prank? Seriously, the date never even crossed my mind. *g*
I've called the doctors, and they're too busy to make me an appointment, but said to come in at 2.40pm and they'd see me (but couldn't guarantee how long I'd have to wait... I think bringing GO with me may be a good idea. *g*).
So, I've decided to come online, since it'll stop me from falling asleep and missing going to the doctor's. I'll finish off the Hornblower fic... if I can build up the concentration level required to actually read something.
