Hmmm. It's not personal canon for me (or "mynon" as a friend once termed it) but that's becuase I don't believe that Ianto would fully cheat on his comatosed cybernetic girlfriend. It's a perfectly valid interepretation (and one that's very fun to mentally picture) but not one of those stories I utterly believe in.
