On Day 12, I added 690 words to "Snake Riders." Some of those were incorporated from the notes I'd already written, but even so, they needed a lot of tweaking. I'm getting closer to the end, I think.

I'm so close! I'm hoping to finish it today and then I'll have no excuse for avoiding my remix fic.

That's fantastic! Sometimes it's really just a case of being determined, of chipping away at a story until you get it done.

I feel you on that. Unfortunately, I'm not a morning person and days/early evenings have other tasks that take priority, so most of my writing is at night when the rest of the household is asleep. But that also leads to a good writing roll carving out sleeping hours, and... yeah, less effective overall.

I am there every day and I should not be - I didn't check in (or write) on Day 7. (It's nice you think I did but I have managed every day in a month like... three times? two? since I joined in September 2019. One of those months I was hosting)

Day 12: three pages of notes on the development from beginning of story to.. late middle? of one of the two POV characters. Also, finished a notebook! Started this one July 12, 2020. Took me more time to fill this one than the last one but I'm pleading global pandemic among other things. (200 page 241 x 152 mm lined notebooks, I have a fancy leather cover with a placeholding ribbon the active notebook lives in)
