I have arrived...

Well, I am officially in Sydney. Woke up at 4am, got a flight at 6, and booked intomy hotel at 8. Got here and then realised that the handy dandy piece of paper with the address for the training place wasn't in my bag. Thank heavens they have their phone number on the net!

You know those little internet connected computers, the $2 for 20 minutes ones? The ones in the airport were really funky, but the one at my hotel sucks. (And it has a dodgy spacebar, which is really starting to annoy me.) Hence, I probably won't be online much. If there's anything I need to know iibnf best togive me a call on the mobile

It's 11am, I've been up and going since 4am (not counting my brief nap in the taxi *g*) and we're going through how to enter a client into the system. I'm currently amusing myself by entering Clark and Lex as joint investors (well, first I did me, then I added Sir Pellew as my hubby, and it just got Clexy after that).

Surprisingly enough, no occupation description for naval officer... *g*

Oh, and Sydney, your streets are too narrow. Just a general observation. I walked over here and it took me a while to figure out that it seemed too crowded, because I'm used to the city streets being roughly 1.5 times as wide. (Admittedly, I've only walked down Pitt Street, so it could just be that particular street...)
