Can't believe that I'm actually happy that the boss is back. Heh. Without him, it's a slow, fairly dull job. But, with the boss around, I'm actually kept busy.

I mean, he's a little stressy, in a 'this needs to be done now' way, but it's this weird excited stress, not disapproving 'you should have already done this' type.

In other fun news, I'm seeing Macbeth tonight, with Mum and her Yr 12 drama class (I'm just being a bit of a social parasite *g*). Should be interesting.

When bored, I surf LJ icons. That's right, I just follow freidns of friends, to their user info page, and check out their fannish icons. It amuses me without actually being taxing in any way, shape or form.

Oooh, Zahra's latest fic is just... wow. Really good, and kinda discomforting. I don't want to see Lex like this, but she makes it so easy to believe.

Interesting that sometimes the fics I really enjoy are those that I don't actually believe in. I mean, things like Lionel/Lex stories can be great to read and really well done, and I'll enjoy them completely, but outside of the fic, I don't believe in it. I believe it's possible, but I don't actually believe that it happened/could happen/would happen.

And other fics, just fit in so nicely to canon, that I'm sure that that's what Clark and Lex were doing between the scenes that they showed us. *g*
