Yeah, and as long as the Vic government don't take me to court for not paying my 'forgetting to buy a train ticket' $100 fine*, I'll be happy.
But still, I have my priorities. *g*
(* Technically, it's not a forgetting to buy a train ticket fine, it's more a case of I tried to buy a train ticket, dropped 10c coin, couldn't find the coin. Couldn't get change since it was nearly midnight on Sunday, in the middle of the city, and only had a $20 note which I refused to use since the machines only give $10 worth of change, and the ticket I wanted cost under $2. Yeah, I'm holding a grudge against the fact that I got fined, but too lazy to chase it, 'cos I know it won't help... *g*)

Date: 2003-03-11 08:41 pm (UTC)That kind of sucks. Why didn't you try the 'It wouldn't accept my $20' excuse? I've actually had that happen, but didn't get caught, luckily.
