(no subject)

I got into work yesterday at 8.05am, and didn't leave until 6.45pm. That's rather ridiculous! On the other hand, I slept in this morning and didn't make it in until 9.30am (Just missed the train. *Just* missed it!), so I guess it all works out in the end.

I had trouble sleeping last night, even though I was tired. I watched Crossing Jordan until 10pm (Had it on tape - man, I love Nigel. And Bug. And Woody. And, I'm very fond of the others, too. *g*) and tried to sleep. At midnight, I figured FTS, and decided that if I was awake, I might as well watch the taped West Wing.

So, I watched Commencement. Strong Amy/Donna vibes, my love for Josh so there, and Danny was adorably annoying, but it ended on far too much of a cliffhanger for me to go to sleep. So I watched 25 as well, and got to sleep at 2am, with a new idea for a fic running through my brain.

So yeah, I no longer have 3 WW WiPs, I now have 4.

I don't care that I've spent the last half hour stuffing around and doing nothing, it's time for me to leave. Yay!

On less spamtastic news, I wrote a W100 drabble. First time I've done so in weeks. It's here and it's for celli, since I'm never going to get around to finishing a whole fic...

Just watched the first episode of Punk'd. My favourite bit? Justin Timberlake and the owed income tax!

*giggles* The poor boy looked so close to tears. But, he took it well when all was revealed.

Since my sleep over the last few nights has been screwy at best, I'm going to stay up and work on WW fic. Yes, I'm going to get it done this weekend. I am.

Okay, Paul Simon, the artist himself, isn't missing, but my Graceland CD is. *grrrr* I wanted it. Someone on LJ quoted a line, and I wanted to play it, but I can't find it.

This is just irritating.

ETA: kd Lang's All You Can Eat is making me feel a bit better. But she's still not Paul Simon, damnit.

Forgotten fannish associations: I totally forgot I always used to think of Maybe by k.d. Lang as the Please Save My Earth song. For some reason, the lyrics always remind me of... Oh, the dark haired, gender-switched boy. Can't remember his name. It was something starting with an "E" I think...

Meanwhile, since I'm not at all creative tonight, I've decided to type up the WiPs I have written out, and see where I go from there.
