Was going to go into work early. Instead, I came online. This is why I shouldn't turn the computer on in the mornings, y'all.
Well, since everybody else is doing it... fill in the blanks, people.
I want Annie to write _____________.
Annie should get a clue and stop writing _________.
_______ would make Annie's fics better.
If Annie writes _________ one more time, I'll kick her ass because it's so annoying.
Annie should rewrite __________ and change _________.
Annie should ____________ in her next fic.
Annie should use the word(s) __________ in her next fic.
*runs for the train that'll get her there 10 minutes late*

There's nothing I want you to stop writing, though I shall of course continue to red ink every use of 'smirk'!!

Date: 2003-10-21 06:49 pm (UTC)You do that. *bg* There are some words and phrases I just use too much. It's lazy writing and it's boring to read. Unfortunately, "smirk" is one of them.
Another one of these is "just" (He just, they just, it's just...) and "couldn't help". Really, someone's either thinking something, or they're not. It's not a case of they couldn't help thinking it. They could have, they just didn't want to stop themselves. *g*
Oh, I'm looking through the beta now, which is why it's on my mind.
Hye, you know Sam's opening comment: "Actually, I have a thing. I have a thing I was going to mention, just a proposal to throw out there." Direct quote, my friend. It's nice to know that sometimes, Sam can screw up grammar entirely on his own.
Fazing was underlined because I wasn't sure how to spell it (MSWord accepted both "fazing" and "phasing") and meant to come back and check it. Obviously, I never did. *g*
