You Are Innocent Mary Sue!
Ever sweet and innocent, even in the face of darkest evil, your best asset is your girlish blush. He can't resist the charm that smacks of hearth and home--and don't you look cute wearing his cloak?
What Lord of the Rings Mary Sue are You?
I am ridiculously pleased by this. \even though I avoid Mary Sues like the plague.
In other news, I have good Hornblower fic printed to read on the train (well, a third of it's printed anyway...). I got there through following a link on the Boozefest site, and reading the rest of the series. So, thanks

As far as I'm concerned, the guy in the drunk!Horatio fic was obviously Archie. Although the idea of Edrington, or Pellew is kinda nice too, but they don't count while Archie's around. Got to admit though, I also like the idea of Edrington/Archie... I'm just an Archie fangirl!

Date: 2003-02-05 02:13 pm (UTC)I'm enjoying it, it's got everything I could ask for in a Hornblower fic. Great charactersation, interesting plot, with a good healthy deal of ansgt. It also has a good deal on the theme of bravery, loyalty, duty and daring do, which is well appreciated in Hornblower fic. I love those fics that read like an episode (the episode that introduces slash to the series, but still...); it has that complete episodey feel to it...
As for the boozefest, I the idea for the opening scene... I'm thinking of Clark coming home to his apartment in Metropolis, rainy night, and finding a drunk Lex on his doorstep.
I've got an idea of how to describe it, but the plot to go with it is extremely sketchy at best.
Out of curiousity, as another SV fan, any idea what Lex drank with Victoria. Clear non-bubbly alcohol, so I'm guessing vodka or sake ('cos of the tiny funky cups they used) but I can't remember if Lex actually pours it for her, and if so, what kind of bottle it is. Any ideas?

Date: 2003-02-05 04:10 pm (UTC)Lex uses these really funky small crystal-looking cubc glasses. I love those glasses. I mean, I'd never use 'em, but I just had a moment of intensely coveting them when I saw them.
