out_thereI got halfway through reading a JC/Lance fic on Friday, but in the thrill of work supplied drinks, didn't note the title, author or URL.
JC and Lance first kissed in the rain, and then Lance got a flu, and then there was a lot of focus on weight loss, dieting and working out in the gym. (Okay, and that's officially the worst story summary ever.) Does it ring a bell...?

Date: 2003-12-20 04:45 am (UTC)And, I'd probably be happier if it didn't make me think of Willow/Tara. The relationship *looks* so healthy, *feels* so healthy, but deep down it's doing damage.
All the same, the end is rather hopeful. I mean, they've got an observant friend who's obviously keeping an eye on them. When they come to their senses, they've got friends who have been there, done that, and get the pressure to be thin.
Mind you, the story still leaves me feeling hungry and wanting to go track down some chocolate. *g*
