It's official. I have the *coolest* friends! Went for lunch with
charliequinn and her co-worker today (I have to ask for her name next time I see her *g*) and
charliequinn gave me a Chrissy pressie!

It's a full colour picture of Lex. You know that promo shot of him squating/sitting in the field, next to the wooden fence? It's that, with a bright Christmas present in his hands and a cheery Santa hat on. I mean, it's Lex, with presents, in a Santa hat. How can you get any more festive than that?!
*squees*
I'd scan it for you, but I don't think I'd get time/access at the moment. On the bottom it has a little message, too:
Merry Christmas, Annie! I hope you have a brilliant holiday on the seas and hope that 2004 is just as wonderful. I know that my life is richer for having met you this year.
Love,
charliequinn

(Extra sekret *squee* for
tboy... she knows why. *g*)
Lex is now up on my desk partition, right next to Rob Lowe. Oh man, that gift *rocks*.

Oh, and the cutest thing happened on the tram back to work. Two little brothers, about 2 and 3, were playing on the tram. The elder started by raising his hand/punching the air (old Superman style as he's about to fly), and stating enthusiastically, "I'm Superman!"
The younger copied the gesture, crying "I'm Batman!"
I had trouble containing my grin as this just repeated over and over for the next few minutes.
"I'm Superman!"
"I'm Batman!"
"I'm Superman!"
"I'm Batman!"
"I'm Superman!"
"I'm Batman!"
"I'm Superman!"
"I'm Batman!"
"I'm Flash!"
"I'm Batman!"
"I'm Flash!"
"I'm Batman!"
"I'm Flash!"
"I'm Batman!"
"I'm Robin!"
"I'm Batman!"
"I'm Robin!"
"I'm Batman!"
I've got to say that Batman always did have a clear sense of self-identity. *beams*
