out_thereThere is something about drunk fics that amuse the hell out of me. Those random, leaping conversations that only make sense when you're three sheets to the wind, and the ridiculous logic that seems so incredibly *sound* at the time.
Vocation is delightful for those reasons. Dan and Casey drunk are great fun. There's talk of killing off boyband memebers and infiltrating the Backstreet Boys; there's talk of Casey-and-Dan (or, Dan-and-Casey on alternate days); drunken, not-meant flirting; levels of 'Babe-aliciousness'; and Danny's new sheets. Sweet and funny, and just a little sad.
