Went to bed late. It's always a bad sign if I was awake to watch Zoe, Duncan, Jack and... (you know the MR sitcom I'm talking about). On the one side, it results in me going to bed at 2am. On the other side, I got to watch MR in glasses and a leather jacket.

All the same, slept through my alarm this morning. Woke up groggy, with a headache and sniffles, and thought about blowing off work. (Then, I remembered there's some stuff I promised to have ready today and I'm trying to only take one sick day a month.)

Still, considering I didn't wake up until 7.45am, I got to work at 9.30am, which isn't bad. (Normally, the alarm goes off at 6.30am, and I'm in at 9am.) But, I currently have the headache from hell. *waits for painkillers to kick in*

I'd send you virtual Solpadeine but (a) how effective would that be, not at all and (b) you don't need to get hooked on painkillers comme moi because then you would get no work done and just sit around playing on LJ and thinking about people on the telly all day. That would be very bad.

So I hope the headache goes away soon or already has gone. Shall send sympathies anyway, 'cos headaches are like my thing. I'd like a more interesting thing, but there it is.

It's still here, but the panadol kicked in, so it's no longer close to reducing me to tears. It's just constant pressure. Thanks for the thoughts.

Hmmm... think I'll take the last two panadol, and buy more at lunch.

1.30am, I think, on Ch7. However, it was an ep you already have taped (the psych professor one).

Yeah, it just hasn't left me all day. I'm just hoping it's just a heat/tiredness headache, and not the start of a bug/virus.
