Actually, I was going to go offline at 8.30pm. Not good.

Still haven't finished reading the Egyptian Clex but I'll do so tomorrow night. (Lookie, it even has pictures. Mmmm... kohl...) (ETA: I lied. I did stay up to finish it. Now, it's 1.30am. I need to go to bed. *yawn*)

In other news, I'm going to rely upon the kindness of strangers. (Okay, LJ friends and fellow fen to be precise.) Who's running the Historical Clex challenge? Is it a specific "you needed to sign up by this date and have it done by that date" challenge, or more just a "write the story, it'll go up here" type of challenge? I ask, because I'm interested in writing a fic.

Since I've got it all plotted now*, and tboy has promised support and nagging (and I need both!) I really have no excuse. Except for the "it's outside the date, so I can't do it" excuse. *g*

H is for Hectic, which describes work in an accounting office just before the end of the financial year.

H is for Harried, which is how I feel at the moment.

H is for Hard, because it was so very difficult to drag myself out of bed this morning after only five hours of sleep.

H is for Hot, which describes the bathing scene in the Ancient Egyptian Clex, and helped cause my lack of sleep.

H is for Harrowing, for the realisation that I need to study this weekend. (Stupid NRG Business Admin course... *grrr* I wanted to research the Ottoman empire, and cloning, and DNA, and then write Clex.)

H is for Haste, because I have to go and work.
