(no subject)

I'm trying to be a good little worker today and I'm mainly succeeding. I think part of this is that SN is out of my head. After spending like, 8 hours, chatting and swooning over the boys yesterday (never doubt that I can ramble like a long country road), I am happily Casey and Dan free.

Of course, another part of it is that I feel *awake*. All last week I felt fuzzy, as if my brain was out of focus. Today, I can think clearly, remember where the file is saved, and am awake enough to cringe at the stacks of files on my desk. I can remember that I have chores to do at lunch, that I need to fax something and get a postal order, and the morning is flying by.

So, when I said I needed a holiday to recover from my holiday, I actually just needed a long weekend. *g*

Aw. Boy Meets Boy (the online webcomic) is no more.

Man, I'm glad all the characters have nice little finished storylines, but I will forever be Skids/Cyanide shipper. Always and forever.

(Oh well. I guess everyone's got to have one doomed pairing.)

Boredy, boredy, boredy bored!

No, I'm not impersonating the Swedish Chef. I'm bored and I want to go home. Alternatively, I could just concentrate on getting my work done, and clearing my desk, but where's the fun in that?

Considering the day started so gung-ho, I've just wasted the afternoon. I had lunch, then caught up on webcomics, then wrote SN drabbles, answered a personal call and read some SN fics. I suck so much.

You know, it's just as well I'm not Dan or Casey. I wouldn't start my script until about 10.15pm, and then I'd freak.

Going to bed. Stayed up making icons and half-watching QAFUS (it was an Ethan ep). Plus, the Ted-as-Brian scenes always crack me up.
