It's the Thursday before Good Friday (and the blessed long weekend), and I'm in a good mood. I figure I'm going to capitalise on these good vibes by pointing out other things that make me feel good.

oxoniensis's generousity with her time, icons and caps. Her ability to make words and pictures simply beautiful.

elke_tanzer's passion for fandom. Her genuine offers to help other fen when they get screwed over (by being publicly outed, or fannishly plagerised). She's always there with helpful links and support.

celli's enthusiasm. Her ability to be absolutely adorable as she squees over shows I've never watched. Her appreciation of Josh Charles' arms.

phoebesmum's Protestant work ethic. Her ability to cheer me on to write more, and make me not feel too bad about the work piling up.

shellah's encouragement to write. Her appreciation of Peter Kruase, even if she doesn't love the floppy hairstyles.

happyminion's love of TV shows. Her happy pimping of L-Word was what made me watch it in the first place.

scrunchy's understanding of the appeal of necks. I can't explain it, I won't even try.

laylee's llamas. If I need something to pick me up, I think about Danny, Casey, Babette and Ceazar, and grin. (Also, she lent me the Semi-Naked Gay Josh Charles film, so I have to love her for that.)

deadspiders sense of humour, even though she's a non-ljer these days.

dammitcarl's Indie Clark. He's just as adorable and ironic as his thick framed glasses.

thete1's music recs, that have made me happy and kept me intrigued each week.

jmtorres for writing GO smut the way it should be done. (Um, yes, I still have that beta to do. Um, no, it's not done yet.)

apathocles, khohen1, michellek, sajee and all of the other writers and readers who enable my SN obsession.

The people who stop me going insane at work by distracting me with frequent posts (even though I'm barely in their fandoms), like iibnf, weredonut, jcalanthe, mecurtin, thornsilver, raincitygirl and many others.

I was so hooked that my family were mocking me by ep 2, as I stared intently at the screen and loved the boys. ("It's okay, Annie. They're not actually real...")

Summer and Marisa? Apparently they get better, but from the first three eps, I had no love for them. Alternatively, I *adored* Seth and Ryan.

Re: that comment about The OC... somebody I know said that Nein were going to start screening it again during the ratings season. (I have no idea what her source was.) However, since ratings season has well and truly started, and there's no sign of it, I don't have much hope. *sigh* Damnit, I want my cheesy, slashy show back!
